Denplan Excel accredidation
Our practice was the first in Bedfordshire to be awarded Denplan Excel accredidation.
This means that we have chosen a third party to validate the service which we provide to you.
We meet strict criteria every year to maintain our accreditation.
- We care what our patients feel and think about our practice and we will listen and respond to their views and opinions.
- We are committed to the measurement of clinical effectiveness and oral health and to ensuring that this is communicated
back to our patients, both individually and as a group.
- We will know and fully record the condition of the oral health of all our patients and involve them fully in decisions
involving their continuing care and treatment.
- We will support patients in helping them to understand why certain treatments are being recommended with the aim
of continuous improvement in oral health
- We are committed to opening the practice and procedures to regular independent review and to
act upon the results.
- We undertake the most appropriate procedures and dental knowledge for our patients and to ensure that both the dentist and
the practice team are up to date with current dental and customer care techniques.
